To help upgrade customers from the Skedulo v2 mobile app to Skedulo Plus, we now have a feature that allows existing v2 custom forms to be accessed directly in Skedulo Plus. In general, these forms will work similarly to how they work in v2. This is a closed-beta feature, so please consult with your CSM for further information.
Once this feature is enabled, admins can navigate to the web app Settings > Developer tools > Custom forms to see the list of available forms and a new column named Enable in Skedulo Plus. By default, this column's values are Disabled for all forms.
- To enable a form to be available in Skedulo Plus, click the vertical ellipse icon next to the form and then click Enable in Skedulo Plus. The red cross will change to a green check.
- To disable a form so that it is no longer available in Skedulo Plus, click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the form and then click Disable in Skedulo Plus. The green check will change to a red cross.
