We have implemented a new setting in the web app, under Mobile settings > Mobile layouts > Offers, that enables admins to configure the content of the job offer cards in the Skedulo Plus app. This in turn makes it easier for mobile users to see important information specific to each job offer and make better decisions when accepting or declining them.

There are two approaches to customizing the job offer cards:

  • Customize the default layout for all job types: These settings will apply if there is no job-type-specific configuration, or you can click Reset to revert this customization to Skedulo's system default.
  • Customize the layout for a specific job type: You can edit the layout for a specific job type. A Customized badge will display next to the job type to indicate that it has been customized. You can also click Reset to default if you want to revert this customization to default layout. 

Please note that it takes approximately 5 minutes for settings changes to be reflected in the Skedulo Plus app. 

We support adding fields from the Job object, including custom fields, that are marked as visible in mobile. In addition, several other objects' fields are also supported, including Account name, Contact name, and Location.
