Optimization results now support name and avatar deep linking

When viewing the results of an optimization run, you can now click on a resource's name or avatar to be taken to their own schedule tab.

• • Schedule preview tab (Name can now be clicked)
• • Routes tab (Name can now be clicked)
• • Details tab (Avatar can now be clicked)
