We have implemented a new setting in the web app, under Mobile settings > Job card and header configuration . This enables admins to configure the content of Agenda's job cards,Job detail headers, and Unaccepted work cards in the Skedulo Plus apps from version 3.5.0.
- Default: You can customize a default setting that applies to all jobs. Click Reset to revert this customization to the Skedulo system default.
- Customize a specific job type: The default setting is applied to all job types unless you change the setting for that job type. To edit setting for a job type, pick the job type from the drop-down list and click Edit displayed fields to customize. Click Reset to default if you want to revert this customization back to default.
We support adding fields from Job and Job Allocation objects, including custom fields that are marked as visible in mobile. These are labeled as Job field or Job Allocation field. In addition, several other objects' fields are also supported, including: Account name, Contact name, and Location
