Previously, admins could only use toggle and dropdown components to create conditional logic that shows or hides components. With this release, admins can now also use text input and text area components. The supported operators are "Is empty" or "Is not empty." This provides more flexibility for organizations to build dynamic and user-friendly forms.

This is useful for scenarios such as:

  • Optional follow-up questions: Show additional fields only when a user provides a response to a text input question.

  • Skip logic: Hide unnecessary questions if a user leaves a comment box empty.

  • Simplified workflows: Reveal required attachments or confirmation steps only when a user types a specific note or description.

This makes it easier to build simple and workflow-specific forms without overwhelming users with too many fields at once.
