Introducing Women of Skedulo
Skedulo is committed to creating a workplace that’s welcoming, fair, and inclusive for everyone, regardless of their personal characteristics, such as gender, race, ethnicity, and more. That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our first employee resource group, Women of Skedulo, on this International Women’s Day. This group is designed to provide a space for women and allies to connect, share their experiences, and promote gender equality in technology.
The Women of Skedulo leadership group comprises some of our most esteemed leaders, including Teena Glassick, Nhu Nguyen, Anne Meisner, Naomi Watnick, Tammy Dysert, Cristina Alvarado, Anais Victor, and Nga Hoang. Together, they are on a mission to foster an inclusive community, offer educational resources, and advance professional development, providing an amplified voice and more opportunities for women in technology.
As Nhu Nguyen emphasizes, “We aim to diversify the workforce in the tech industry by providing women with the right resources and skills they need for career development, thus eliminating barriers and challenges that prevent them from following their dreams.”
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is #EmbraceEquity, and at Skedulo, we’re committed to recognizing and challenging inequities. We will work to remove these barriers by iterating our policies and practices that promote gender equality, such as flexible work arrangements, equal pay, and opportunities for career advancement.
We invite our employees, customers, and partners to join us in our journey towards gender equality every day, and we’re excited to share our progress with Women of Skedulo in the coming months.
